Yamaha Race Bodywork You can choose from a range of colours to save the cost and time of painting, we also manufacture white race fairings. You can also choose number panels ready for your race number. All colours are impregnated in the manufacture and bodywork is highly polished. We have a wide range of colours available, take a look at our gallery for some examples.

| Yamaha R1 We manufacture race fairings, single seat units and guards for three models: 2004-2006; 2002-2004; 1998-2002. All three models are two piece fairings with enclosed belly pans and are fitted together with slot head Dzus fasteners, you have the option to upgrade to D ring fasteners at £1.50 each. The 98-02 and 02-04 seat units are designed to use the stick on race foam and the 04-06 model tail unit is cut away to use with the seat pad. There is also a seat under tray to fit the 04-06 seat, and a hugger to fit the earlier 98-02.

A two piece fairing with enclosed belly-pan. This fairing also fits the Yamaha R1 2000 model. Slot head Dzus fasteners are fitted to fairings, you have the option to upgrade to the D ring type for £1.50 each.

Bodywork is available for models made from 1994-95 also the 96 on. The TZ125 fairings are in two pieces, top and enclosed belly pan. Slot head Dzus fasteners are fitted to fairings as standard, you have the option to upgrade to the D ring type for £1.50 each. The race seat is for use with the stick on foam. TZ125 Air Boxes The TZ125 94-95 over rad airbox comprises airbox and air intake tube. The TZ125 96 onwards airbox has the side vent. For a more cost effective option, we manufacture the box from lightweight GRP finished in gloss black.

Yamaha TZ250
Bodywork is available for
models: 'A' reverse cylinder, 93 E, TZ250M KIT, 94/95 and 99/2000 up
to and including the 2005 model. TZ250 fairings are in two pieces, top and enclosed belly pan. Slot head Dzus
fasteners are fitted to fairings as standard, you have the option to
upgrade to the D ring type for £1.50 each. The race seat is for use
with the stick on foam. We also produce a hugger for the V twin.
TZ250 94-95
M Kit Air Box The TZ250
94-95 M is a complete aibox kit comprising two boxes and air intake tube.
The parts are also available separately.
For a more cost effective option, we manufacture the box from lightweight
GRP finished in gloss black.
